1 large salmon fillet
Sea Salt, and Pepper, to taste
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp fresh minced garlic
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Lime slices

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle salmon fillet with sea salt and pepper. In a sauce pan melt butter, honey and garlic together.
If grilling, place salmon onto foil covered grill grates and place honey butter sauce on top of fillet and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Cook salmon about 15 minutes on a medium heat, or until done. Can also be baked in oven following the same directions, Bake at 350º. Can serve with lime slices.
