Ingredients:
Ingredients:
18 ozs. Oreo cookies, regular
1 - 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese
1½ lbs. Almond Bark Candy Coating
1/2 cup each, Red and Green Candy melts, for decorating

Directions:
Directions:
Finely crush Oreo cookies in a food processor. In a large bowl mix together crushed oreos and cream cheese, making sure it is completely incorporated together. Use a small cookie scoop and roll balls and place on parchment paper lined cookie sheets. Freeze until firm. Melt candy coating in a double boiler and take out a few oreo balls at a time and dip into candy coating, then place on parchment lined cookie sheets until set. When all the truffles are coated melt red candy melts and put in a parchment decorating cone and drizzle on top of truffles and repeat with the green candy melts. These store well in freezer. Only take a few truffles out at a time, they should not be out for more than a day because of the cream cheese in them.
