1½ c. drained pineapple tidbits
1½ c. fresh cranberries
1 c. packed brown sugar
¼ c. orange juice
2 tbsp. finely chopped red onion
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. yellow mustard
½ tsp. ground ginger
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pineapple in a medium saucepan.
Stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
Add pineapple and return to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring constantly, until the relish has thickened slightly.
Remove saucepan from heat and transfer relish to a container.
Allow relish to cool, then cover the container and put it in the refrigerator within 2 hours.
