Breakfast Casserole Recipe

1 lb. sausage
1 8 oz. pkg. cheddar cheese
2 cans of biscuits
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 or whatever it says on the biscuit directions.
Brown sausage and crumble.
Beat however many eggs you want (2 or more); salt and pepper them.
Grease a 13x9 pan and place biscuits in it, sides touching.
Pour eggs over biscuits; sprinkle sausage on top.
Bake uncovered until biscuits are done.
Pull out and sprinkle cheese all over it.
Put back in oven, turn off the oven, and let it set until cheese has melted.
