1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla
12 ozs semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350
11" X 7" pan sprayed with Pam
Bake for 23-30 minutes; avoid over-baking if you prefer chewy brownies.

Whisk flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.

Add oil, eggs, and vanilla; mix slowly at first, then increase the mixer speed; beat until the batter is smooth.

Add chocolate chips and stir well.

Pour into pan.

Bake.
