425 degrees 40 minutes or until set

1 c. Apple butter
1 c. Fresh or canned pumpkin
1/2 c. Packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 tsp. Ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp. Ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. Ground ginger
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. Evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9” pie shell
Whipped cream for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Combine apple butter, pumpkin, salt, spices in a bowl. Stir in eggs.
Gradually stir in evap. milk.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 40 minutes in 425º oven or until set.
If edges of crust start to burn, wrap edges with alum. foil.
Cool.
Top with whipped cream.
