20 cups of rolled oats
5 cups of shredded coconut
5 cups of pumpkin seeds
5 cups of sunflower seeds
2 1/2 cups of sesame seeds
3 3/4 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of ginger
2 tablespoons of nutmeg

3 3/4 cups vegetable oil
1 2/3 cups of water
1/4 cup of vanilla

Directions:

Mix together first 9 ingredients.

Whisk together next three.

1. Pour liquid mixture over dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly.

2. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour, stirring often.

3. Let cool before adding raisins, cranberries, or dates.

(You can always scale back the portions to make the amount of granola you
feel satisfies your needs.)
