2-3 lb. boneless pork country style ribs
large onion; thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic; minced
c. brown sugar
c. applesauce
1 c. barbecue sauce
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly salt and pepper ribs, both sides. Mix all ingredients together and pour over ribs. Cook on low in crockpot for 5 to 6 hours. Remove meat from crockpot and discard juice. Top with fresh barbecue sauce.
