1 C. sugar
1 t. water

Food coloring (optional)

Decorator frosting:
1# powdered sugar
1/2 t. cream of tartar
3 egg whites room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar & water together and press into bell-shaped mold (Grandma used a bell Christmas ornament) or egg mold. Drop onto waxed paper tapping lightly to release. Let dry. Food coloring can be added.

Decorator frosting - beat eggs till stiff. Add powdered sugar and cream of tartar & beat.
