2 lb. bag frozen southern style frozen hash brown potatoes
c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 can chicken soup
Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Chopped green onions
Mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9x13 cassarole dish, pour half of the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a bowl, combine melted butter, sour cream, and soup. Spread about half of the mixture on top of the potatoes. Sprinkle with green onions, mushrooms, and cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese. Sprinkle paprika on top.
Bake 1 hour at 350
