Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1lb yellow squash
1 onion
Salt and pepper
Cook, drain and mash

1 c grated cheese
c sour cream
2 T butter
1 egg
dash of nutmeg
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a buttered casserole dish.
Top with crushed ritz crackers.
Bake at 350 until cooked and top is browned.
