1 /2 c. butter
1/4 c. honey or sucanat
1/2 c. molasses
2 eggs

1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/4 c. rolled oats
1 t. baking soda
1 T. ginger
1 t. cinnamon

1 c. mi!k
1 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, honey, molasses & eggs, then mix dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Stir in the milk & raisins. Bake in well-buttered oblong cake pan at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
