1 Tbsp Chicken base
1 Cup Water
1 oz Butter
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Chopped onion
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 can (15 oz) Diced tomatoes in puree
1 can (15 oz) Crushed tomatoes
8 ounces Heavy whipping cream
8 ounces Half in half

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine chicken base, water, butter, chopped onion and sugar.
2. Simmer until onions are clear.
3. Add tomatoes, baking soda and stir well.
4. Chill mixture completely in refrigerator.
5. Once mixture is completely cool, add whipping cream and reheat slowly to prevent cream from curdling.
