Ingredients:  
1 can (29 oz) Apricots, finely chopped
1 can (29 oz) Crushed pineapple
2 pkg Orange Jell-O
2 cups Hot water
1 cup Fruit juice
2 cups Miniature marshmallows

Topping
1/2 cup Sugar
3 Tbsp Flour
1 Egg
1 cup Fruit juice
2 Tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Whipping cream, whipped
3/4 cup American cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain and chill fruit; reserve liquid
2. Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; add fruit juice and chill
3. Fold in fruit and marshmallows.
4. Pour into pan; chill until firm

Topping
1. Cook sugar, flour, egg and fruit juice until thick
2. Add butter; cool
3. Stir in whipping cream; grate cheese over the top
