medium head shredded lettuce
cup coarsely chopped celery
cup chopped green pepper
cup chopped green onion
pkg (10 Oz) frozen green peas, cooked and drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1T sugar
1 coarsely shredded mild cheddar cheese
4 strips bacon crisp, cooked and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl arrange in layers starting with lettuce. Spread mayo evenly over peas. Sprinkle with sugar, then cheese. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours. Sprinkle with bacon before serving.
