1 package butter flavored cake mix
2 cups sugar
1 16 oz sour cream
1 (12 oz) package frozen coconut, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake according to directions on package making two 8-inch cake layers. When layers are cool, split each layer in half. Combine sugar, sour cream and coconut. Chill. Reserve 1 cup sour cream mixture for frosting. Spread remainder on layers. Combine reserved sour cream mixture with shipped topping and spread on tops and sides of cake. Refrigerate 3 days before serving.
