1 package ground beef onion and green pepper salt pepper 1 cup of rice 1 can of tomato half can of water
In a large pan, fry ground beef then add chopped onion and green pepper to it. when cooked, add rice and water and 1 can of tomato sauce to it and simmer slowly with cover on it. it takes about 20 minutes to cook through..
