Ingredients:  
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 16 oz Del Monte mixed veggetables
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1/2 cup milk
a dash of thyme
1/2 tsp of black pepper
2 9" pie crust
1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 6 ingredients. Spoon into prepared pie crust. Cover with top crust and crimp edges to seal. Slit the top crust a few times. Brush crust with beaten egg. Bake @ 375º for 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Serve!

This freezes really well!
