12 slices bread, trim crust
1½ shredded cheddar cheese
1½ lbs sausage, bacon or ham
3 cups milk
½ tsp mustard
9 eggs
½ tsp salt
1 stick melted butter
1½ cup corn flake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage, bacon and ham, and drain. Oil the bottom and sides of 9 x 13 pyrex pan. Put 6 slices of bread and half cheese in bottom of the pan and add cooked meat. Top with remaining bread and cheese. Beat eggs, add milk, salt, and mustard. Pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight.

Mix butter and corn flakes together and top bread and bake for 1 hour for 350º.
