2 qt water - salt to taste
1½ tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
2 tbsp vinegar
Pinch of paprika
Frozen fish - Haddock, Flounder or other white fish, broken into 3-4 inch pieces


Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients (except fish) to a large pot of water.
Bring seasoned water to a boil
Drop pieces of frozen fish into the boiling water & boil for about 15 minutes in rapidly boiling water.

Serve with melted butter.
