1 c. flour
2 T. milk
1 egg
dash salt

Directions:
Mix all ingredients to form a ball. Roll out as thin as you can on a well-floured surface. Cut dough into four sections. Stack each section on top of another well-floured section until all 4 layers are stacked. It's important to put lots of flour between the sections to make sure they do not stick together. Cut very thin noodles lengthwise. Separate the noodles and lay on a floured surface to dry (several hours to overnight). Freeze or cook in chicken broth obtained from a boiling chicken plus 1-2 cans chicken broth and 1 can cream of chicken soup. Cook noodles in broth on stove for about 1 hour. Stir to keep from sticking but stir as little as possible. The more you stir, the more doughy the noodles will become. Cut up the boiled chicken, and to the noodles and heat through.
