Crust:

2 cups Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Butter (2 Sticks) - cut into small cubes

Filling:

4 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
1/3 cup Lemon Juice (from bottle)
1/4 cup Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

Powder Sugar for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.

Crust:

Blends ingredients until it resembles coarse meal.

Press into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan.

Bake for 20 minutes. Cool.

Filling:

In the same bowl used for crust - beat eggs, sugar, and lemon juice together.

Add flour and baking powder. Blend just till mixed.

Pour into crust and bake for about 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely, sprinkle with powder sugar.
