1 Egg
1/2 C. Milk
1 (12oz) Can of Whole Kernel Corn
1 T. Crisco
1 C. Flour
1 T. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Oil should be at 375º

After all ingredients are mixed together
drop mixture by spoonful into oil to cook.

They will get golden brown and then flip.

Childhood favorite. I remember walking into my Nan and Pop's house smelling the corn fritters frying. Such a treat and so yummy!
