4 eggs
1 1/3 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter melted
1 cup flour
teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
In blender add wet ingredients. Mix on low speed.

Add flour and salt, blend on medium speed.

Heat 7-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Spray pan with Pam. Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter into pan. Tilt pan around to coat entire pan. When crepe is light brown and set, turn and brown slightly on other side.

Remove from pan and repeat. May need to cool pan slightly in between.

Makes about 12-14 crepes.
