1-12 oz jar roasted red peppers drained
1-clove garlic minced
1-16 oz sour cream
1 cup mayo
2 T. chopped parsley
4 oz feta cheese crumbled
1 head of red cabbage
assorted veggies for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
blend in food processor or blender, peppers, and garlic until smooth. Add sour cream, mayo, parsley and combine until well blended. Add feta cheese pulsing until desired consistency.

Cut red cabbage head and hollow out the center. Place dip in the center and serve with desired vegetables.
