1 ½ cup sugar
1 ½ cup soy sauce – low sodium
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 pounds chicken wings (with pinions cut off)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder and cayenne together in a large Ziploc bag.

Add chicken wings. Turn to coat. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Flip bag every hour.

Preheat oven to 350ºF

Spray a large cookie sheet with Pam. Layer with foil (non-stick if available) and spray foil with Pam.

Place wings on cookie sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes. Baste and turn every 15 minutes.

Serve warm.
