2 cans Tart Cherries
Drain both can but save juice from 1 can
1 can Sweet Cherries
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Pie crust for double crust pie

Preheat oven to 350F

Place 1 pie crust into 9 inch pie plate.

Mix juice of 1 can of cherries with sugar and cornstarch. Add cherries. Mix gently.

Pour into pie shell.

Top with pie crust best if lattice top.

Bake for 1 hour.


To do lattice top roll out pie crust and cut into strips. Place in checkerboard pattern on fruit mixture.
