olive oil (regular)
minced garlic
minced onion
pesto
1 can crushed tomatoes (280z)
2 cans pureed tomatoes (280z)
salt and a little bit of pepper
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in olive oil in a stockpot. Let saute for about 5 minutes then add garlic and saute until tender but not browned, Add about 1 tablespoon of pesto. Saute for about 1 minute. Add all tomatoes, salt, pepper. Add sugar starting 1 tablespoon sugar and add more if needed. Cook on medium high until almost bubbly (not boiling). Reduce heat to low and cook for several hours.
