Flatlander Chili Recipe

2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. chopped onion
c. celery
c. chopped green pepper
c. chili powder
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
tsp. dried oregano
tsp. sugar
⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
2 cans red beans, drained and rinsed

Place ground beef in large, deep skillet, cook over medium heat. Add all ingredients into large pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 1 to 1 hours, stirring occasionally.
