Ingredients:  
4 T Flour
4 T Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
5 T Butter
6 large Potatoes peeled and cut into bite size pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, parm. cheese and salt and pepper in a bag
Rinse potatoes and shake off excess water
Place approximately 1 potato in bag at a time and shake, covering with parm. cheese mixutre

Melt butter and pour into glass baking dish.
Place potatoes in dish
Bake at 375 for 1 hr. turning potatoes
