1 c oatmeal
1/2 c peanut butter
1/3 c honey
1 c coconut flakes – toasted (unsweet)
1/2 c ground flaxseed (optional)
1/2 c mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything above in a medium bowl until
thoroughly mixed. Let chill in the refrigerator
for a half an hour. Once chilled, roll into balls
and enjoy! Store in airtight container and keep
refrigerated for up to 1 week.

Use small cookie scoop.
