1 Small bag of sweet potatoes or 4 or 5 large sweet potatoes
1/4 Cup sugar
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 Cup milk or heavy cream
1/4 Cup Karo syrup

Cut potatoes into quarters and boil until soft. Peel potatoes and put in a
large mixing bowl, add 1/x cup sugar, 1 stick butter, 1 egg, vanilla flavoring, and 1/4 cup Karo syrup.
Using an electric mixer, mix thoroughly and pour into a greased pyrex baking dish.
Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes

Everybody loves this recipe that my sis created. So easy to tweak it... if it's too sweet
use less sugar and if too creamy, use less milk to thin. Make it your way!
