Ingredients:  
1 lb. Sirloin, thinly sliced
2 T. oil
1 medium onion, sliced
Garlic to taste (1 clove or flakes)
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 T. Cornstarch dissolved in ¼ c. cold water
1 T. soy sauce
Optional: 1 handful of broccoli- water chestnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil. Add onion, garlic; season with salt and pepper. Add bouillon dissoloved in hot water and simmer 20-25 min. Add tomatoes and green pepper. Cook for 10 min. Add cornstarch mixture and soy sauce.Cook until the is clear and thick.

Serve on rice.
