This is a low carb recipe:

28 oz fresh broccoli
16 oz smoked sausage

10 oz Lite Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Lite Mayo
2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
2 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper

1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese for on top

Steam fresh, cut up broccoli in microwave for 2 minutes, then let stand for 2 minutes

Slice smoked sausage and brown in a skillet

Combine "cheese mixture" with broccoli and sausage and place in baking dish

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top

Bake 10 minutes at 350
