Lasagna Stuffed Chicken Recipe

3 large skinless, boneless chicken breast (3 oz each)

Mix together to coat outside of chicken:
1 T Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Mix together for stuffing chicken:
1 cup Ricotta cheese
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp salt

Marinara Sauce - 1/2 cup

1 cup shredded Mozzarella

Slice chicken breast and make deep pockets
Drizzle "olive oil mixture" over the tops
Stuff chicken with the "Ricotta mixture"
Place in baking dish and cover with marinara sauce
Bake 30 minutes at 375
Then cover top with Mozerella cheese
Return to oven for 5 minutes or until done
