Boil Chicken, Salt & Pepper. Debone chicken & cut in small pieces. Save broth.

Dumplings

1 1/2 cup plain flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil in 1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Cut in milk and oil. Form Ball. May need to add extra flour. Roll out thin on a floured piece of heavy foil. Cut in pieces and drop into boiling chicken broth (add 1/2 cup milk to chicken and broth). It will take a few minutes to add dumplings gradually. Cook on low about 30 minutes.
