1 head chopped lettuce
2 cans English peas, drained
6-8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 jar Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
1 (2 cup) bag shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
10 slices cooked bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Using a casserole dish, simply layer the ingredients. Start with lettuce, then the drained peas. Next, layer chopped boiled eggs, 1/2 of the chopped green onions and 1/2 of the cheese. Then spread Miracle Whip evenly over the eggs, onions, and cheese. This does not require the entire jar. Finally top with the remaining green onions, cheese and crumbled bacon.
