1 cup sugar
2 1/2 tablespoon cocoa
2 1/2 - 3 tablespoon cornstarch
2 eggs separated (White in bowl to beat for meringue)
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Sift sugar, cocoa, & cornstarch together. Beat egg yolks and mix with 1/2 cup milk. Add 1 cup milk to sugar mixture blending with egg mixture. Cook over low heat until thick. Stir in vanilla flavoring. Put in baked pie shell & top with meringue. Bake until brown at 350º

Merginue -

Beat egg whites until fluffy and thick adding about 4 tablespoons of sugar as beating.
