Ingredients:  
1 (10 oz.) pkg Cracker Barrel sharp cheese
1 lb. hot Owens sausage (if you don't like hot, you can use regular sausage)
3 c. Bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese and mix with raw sausage.
Mix in Bisquick.

Mix well.

Shape into balls about the size of a walnut.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

These are also great to freeze and take out and reheat as you need them.
