4 chicken breasts, cooked to 165
4 Tbsp butter
4 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp brandy
8 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1 c heavy cream
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bake or grill the chicken breasts. Set aside under foil. Saute green onion in butter until soft. Add brandy and light with a long stick match, let the alcohol burn down. Add the crumbled gorgonzola and melt, add the cream and simmer until thickened. Can thin with a little water or broth. Serve ladled onto the chicken.
