Lettuce Spring Mix
Dried Cranberries unsweetened, if you can find them
Pumpkin Seed Kernels or Pine Nuts
Goat Cheese, crumbled
Cooked Steak, thinly sliced
Balsamic Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the above ingredients into a large bowl. Use more goat cheese and cranberries if you think it is necessary. Pour a generous helping of balsamic dressing over the top and serve.
