Bottom layer

1 C. Flour
1 C. Water
1 Stick Butter
4 Eggs

Filling

8 oz Cream Cheese
2 Small Vanilla Pudding
2 1/2 C. Milk
8 oz Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Crust Bottom layer
In pot mix water and butter, after butter melts move from heat
and add flour, eggs and mix well.

Put into greased 13 x 9 pan at 400 for 25 - 30 min.

Pick an bubbles that may have formed.

Filling
Beat all ingredients together except cool whip.
place on top of bottom layer after it is cooled.
Place cool whip on top and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
