1/2 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbs. grated fresh ginger
1 Tbs. sesame oil
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloin
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbs. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil in large plastic bag. Add tenderloin. Marinate at least two hours in refrigerator. (I like to marinate it for the day).
2. Preheat oven to 375. Combine honey and brown sugar in a shallow bowl. Remove tenderloin from
marinade and pat dry with a paper towel. Roll tenderloin in honey mixture and then roll in sesame seeds.
3. Roast in a shallow pan 20-30 minutes or until meat registers 160 on a meat thermometer. Serve
immediately.
