1 cup mayo
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
1 4 oz. jar diced pimentos, drained
1 small onion (finely grated)
4 cups sharp cheddar cheese

Stir all ingredients together and store in refrigerator. This will keep for a couple of weeks.
