12 oz of Jimmy Dean Sausage
1 # of Bacon
1 Onion
1 Red or Green Pepper
12-15 Eggs
4 Cups of Cheese
2 Cups of 1/2 & 1/2 or Heavy Cream

Brown sausage
Brown Bacon
Add onion and peppers to bacon grease and cook until soft, drain grease
Spray 9 X 13 pan with cooking spray
Crack eggs into pan, lightly stir to break up eggs DO NOT SCRAMBLE
Cover with 2 cups of cheese, do not mix
Add all meats and onion and peppers, do not mix
Add 2 cups of 1/2 & 1/2 or cream, do not mix.
Add last 2 cups of cheese, do not mix.
Cover with Foil
Refrigerate overnight
Bake 350' for 65-75 minutes
