1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
2 c. water

Directions:

Preheat oven 400º

Stir all ingredients together in saucepan. Cook and stir until mixture thickens. Cover surface with waxed paper and pour on to cool. Cut into 4 3 inch squares. Place on greased cookie sheet, make indentation with edge of spoon. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve with butter.
