1 pound pork sausage
1 pound Velveeta cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 loaf of party rye bread or party sourdough bread

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain the hamburger and sausage (can do this together in same pan) I usually start the sausage frying for a couple minutes and then add the hamburger in and cook until done.

Add the cut up Velveeta and stir until melted.
Add the garlic powder and oregano and stir well.
Lay your bread out on cookie sheets
Put a large tablespoon of the mixture on each piece of bread pressing down gently to get to the edge. You can cover it with wrap and freeze it or bake it immediately.

Bake in a 375º oven until the meat mixture is hot and bubbly
usually takes about 5 to 10 minutes
