4 medium Kohlrabi
2 medium potatoes
4 c. water
1/2 tsp salt
4 1/2 qt heavy cream
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Peel kohlrabi (save tender leaves) and cut into quarters and then slice thin slices. Peel and cube potatoes. Bring water and salt to a boil then add kohlrabi and potato. Cover and cook 20 minutes on medium heat. Drain water but save it. Place potato and kohlrabi into blender with 2 tbsp reserved cooking water. Mix and add heavy cream. Return to pot and bring to a boil. Salt & pepper to taste.
