3/4 cup green or red pepper (1 large)
1/2 cup jalapenos - diced (5)
6 cups white sugar
1.5 cups vinegar
1 box Certo (red box "Jams & Jelloies liquid pectin)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil first 4 ingredients for 3 minutes (stirring)
2. Add 6 oz Certo (2 pouches)
3. Boil 1 more minute - stirring constantly
4. Put in jars and tighten lid.

Store in cool place (I store in the fridge)
