24 eggs
1 lb sausage, cooked and drained
½ lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 T scallions, sliced
seasoning salt and onion powder to taste
1 C of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs, seasonings, and scallions together. Pour into a greased 10x15" casserole dish.

2. Cook and drain sausage spread evenly into the egg mixture.

3. Bake for 20 minutes in a 350º oven.

4. Remove from oven and top with cheese and bacon. Return to oven.

5. Bake for 10 minutes more or until the center is no longer giggly.
